These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EastStill ("EastStill," "we," "us"). By booking an event, registering as a guest, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
EastStill lets guests at an event capture photos on their own phones, which are gathered into a shared gallery for the event host. The service is provided through our website; no app download is required.
Event packages are offered at the prices shown at the time of booking. Each package includes the features and limits described on our site (such as guest capacity, number of frames, and gallery duration). We may change our pricing and packages at any time, but changes will not affect events already booked.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge for the package you select.
All sales are final. Once an event has been created, the booking is non-refundable. Because your event, gallery, and access are generated immediately upon booking, we do not offer refunds after an event has been created. Please review your details carefully before completing your booking.
By capturing photos through EastStill, guests grant the event host and EastStill permission to store and display those photos within the event's gallery, and grant the host the ability to view, download, and use the photos from their event. Guests should only capture photos they have the right to take.
You agree not to use EastStill to capture, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend access for any misuse.
Event hosts can remove photos from their gallery at any time. EastStill may also remove content that violates these Terms or that we are required to remove by law.
We work hard to keep EastStill running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. EastStill depends on factors outside our control — including guests' devices, camera permissions, and internet or venue Wi-Fi connectivity. We are not responsible for photos that are not captured or uploaded due to device issues, connectivity problems, or a guest declining camera access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EastStill and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the event in question.
The EastStill name, brand, design, and software are owned by EastStill and may not be copied, resold, or reused without our written permission. Photos captured at your event belong to you and your guests, as described above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Puerto Rico.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of EastStill after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
